Privacy at Crease
Updated October 31, 2026
Crease helps goalies and coaches review games. Here’s what happens to the information you add.
What we store and why
- Account information: your email address, account identifier and sign-in information are handled through Supabase to create your account, sign you in and help you recover access.
- Game information: goalie names or nicknames, teams, opponents, dates, shot locations, outcomes, context tags, notes and practice goals support your reviews and statistics. When you use account games, changes save online automatically. Importing guest games also sends that copy to your account.
- Feedback: we store the category, message, account identifier, submission time and optional reply email you provide. This helps us understand problems and improve Crease. Games and videos are not automatically attached.
- Support email: if you email us, we receive your address, message and anything you attach so we can respond to your request.
Recordings and device storage
Crease plays selected video files locally; it does not upload the recording. The recording’s filename and any timestamps you tag can be included in saved game data.
Your browser stores guest games, local account copies, sign-in sessions and save-recovery information. Signing out does not erase saved device copies. On a shared device, sign out and clear Crease’s site data when finished. Export anything you need first.
Who handles the information
Your account games are not automatically shared with other goalies or coaches. Crease administrators can access online account data and feedback to operate and support the service.
- Supabase handles account authentication and online game and feedback storage.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
- Resend delivers account emails, including confirmation and password-reset messages.
- Google Gmail hosts our support inbox.
These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs and email-delivery records to run and protect their services. Their own policies explain their handling of that information.
Your choices
You can use a nickname for a goalie and leave optional details blank. Only add information about other people that you have permission to use. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in game notes or feedback.
Use Export backup in Account or My Games → Data & goalies to download the game data you are currently viewing. You can edit or delete individual shots, goals and games. For account games, wait for Saved to your account so the online copy is updated too.
Keeping and deleting information
The current app does not automatically expire account games or feedback. They remain stored until removed. Browser copies, recovery copies and backups you download are separate from the online copy; deleting online data does not erase those files or copies on your devices.
To request account deletion, removal of feedback, a correction or help accessing your data, email [email protected], preferably from your account’s email address. Tell us what you want removed or changed. We may need to verify account ownership. Never send your password or a sign-in or reset link.
Account deletion is handled manually, not instantly through the app. A completed account deletion removes the account and its linked game and feedback records from the active database. Provider backups and operational logs may remain under the providers’ retention settings.
